中职院校学生法律意识不强,对很多法律常识不懂得或模糊不清,对学习法律知识又缺乏积极性和主动性,沿用传统的教学方法已不能引起其对法律课的兴趣。案例教学法可以使学生通过具体案例的剖析发现问题、分析问题,增强课程吸引力,调动学生自觉学习的积极性,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生解决问题能力,突出法律实效性。

In secondary vocational colleges ,students' legal consciousness is not strong. To many legal common sense they do not know or are not quite clear.They are also short of the enthusiasm and initiative to study law knowledge.The traditional teaching methods cannot cause their interest .By specific case Analyzing students can find problems , analysis problems. Their attention can be attracted ,their enthusiasm can be aroused, and their interest can be improved. So their ability to solve problems is greatly enhanced. The effectiveness of the lecture is prominent.
