当前，我国迎来了空前的学术繁荣、学术传播繁荣，在花团锦簇背后其实潜存着巨大的危机。学术期刊面临着来自作者发稿以及期刊评价的巨大压力，期刊的压力其实是作者压力的传导。作者的压力来自只是关注论文数量的评价制度。当前的期刊评价体系有其先进性和合理性，但是，缺陷也很明显，应建立学术共同体评价机制。对现代学术成果欠缺应用评价。学术研究、学术传播应回归为人类服务这个根本使命。学术期刊所折射出的学术界的问题，其实反映了社会问题的严重性，必须从制度设计上加以解决。

An assessment system of academic community ought to be established. Assessment of the application of modern academic achievements is still scarce. Academic research and academic spreading should return to serve human beings. Problems mirrored in periodicals actually reflect the seriousness of social problems and need to be solved through system design.
