AgNi系材料因具有良好的导电性能、加工性能等优势而得到研究人员的青睐,但相对较差的抗熔焊性能和耐电弧侵蚀性能却限制了其推广与应用。适量的添加剂能提高AgNi系材料的抗熔焊等性能。本文介绍了金属氧化物、稀土元素、石墨、特殊金属及其化合物等四类添加剂物质,分别对含这四类添加剂的AgNi系材料研究状况进行了详细的阐述,并深入分析了添加剂对AgNi系材料在性能上的改进作用。最后,对含添加剂AgNi系材料的未来发展和应用进行了展望。

The silver-nickel contact materials have advantages and disadvantages in performance. The great electrical property and processability draw the researchers’ extensive attention. However, the relatively poor performance, including welding resistance and arc erosion resistance, limits the popularization and application of the materials. The welding resistance could be improved by adding appropriate content of additives for the materials. Firstly, this paper introduces the four kinds of additives including metal oxide, rare earth, graphite, and special metals and their compounds. Then, this paper explains the research status about these materials at present in detail, and deeply analyses the improvement of the silver-nickel properties by adding these additives. Finally, the development and application of the silver-nickel contact materials containing additives are expected.
