青海地区的黄土常处于非饱和状态,其强度特性与饱和土有所不同。本文基于室内常规试验,研究其强度随含水率及干密度的变化规律。结果表明:随着含水率的增加,抗剪强度有减小的趋势;在最优含水率左右,含水率与黏聚力的关系可分别用线性和二次多项式表达,内摩擦角随含水率增加线性减小;在含水率一定的情况下,抗剪强度随干密度增加而增长的趋势不明显。

Loess in Qinghai area ( lies in the Northeast of China) is usually unsaturated,which compared to the saturated loess displays different strength characteristics. By routine indoor experiments the strength of unsaturated loess and its changing pattern with moisture content and dry intensity as variables was studied. T he results indicate that the increase of moisture leads to the decline of the shear strength. At the same time,linear function can be used to describe the adhesion-moisture relation before the specimen reaches the optimum moisture level,while quadratic function depicts that afterwards. T he increase of moisture content leads to the linear decline of the internal friction angel. As moisture remains consistent,the surge of dry density does not results in the visible increase of shear strength.
