目的：测评江苏东海地区多囊卵巢综合征（ PCOS）不孕妇女的生活质量。方法：采用SF－36简明健康调查量表及SCL－90症状自评量表作为调查工具评定江苏东海地区40例PCOS不孕妇女及年龄匹配的30例健康妇女。结果：（1）心理情况：PCOS不孕组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性及其它等10个因子得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。（2）健康相关生活质量：两组生理功能、生理问题对功能的限制（生理职能）、心理问题对功能的限制（情感职能）、社会职能、心理健康、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康等8个维度差异有统计学意义。结论：PCOS不孕妇女与对照组相比生活质量显著下降。
목적：측평강소동해지구다낭란소종합정（ PCOS）불잉부녀적생활질량。방법：채용SF－36간명건강조사량표급SCL－90증상자평량표작위조사공구평정강소동해지구40례PCOS불잉부녀급년령필배적30례건강부녀。결과：（1）심리정황：PCOS불잉조구체화、강박증상、인제관계민감、억욱、초필、정신병성급기타등10개인자득분균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의。（2）건강상관생활질량：량조생리공능、생리문제대공능적한제（생리직능）、심리문제대공능적한제（정감직능）、사회직능、심리건강、활력、구체동통、총체건강등8개유도차이유통계학의의。결론：PCOS불잉부녀여대조조상비생활질량현저하강。
Objective:To Assess the life quality of women with polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS) infertile in Donghai County of Jiangsu.Methods:40 PCOS infertile women and 30 age-matched healthy women were evaluated with SF-36 of concise health survey questionnaire and SCL-90 symptom checklist.Results: ( 1 ) Psychological:infertility of PCOS group were higher than the control group and the difference was very significant in somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychoticism and other 10 factors. (2) Health related quality of life:There was significant difference in physiological function, physiological problems limit of function(role physical), the psychological of functional restrictions (emotional function), mental health, vitality, social function, body pain, general health.Conclusion:Survival quality is significantly decreased in the infertile PCOS women compared with the the control group.
