目的：观察卡前列甲酯栓联合钙剂预防及治疗产后出血的临床效果，为患者用药提供合适的方案。方法回顾分析2012年1月~2013年12月本院收治的足月正常妊娠阴道分娩产妇200例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组产妇胎头娩出后给予10%的葡萄糖酸钙1 g静脉快速输注，分娩后给予卡前列甲酯栓直肠给药。对照组产妇给予缩宫素20 U静脉滴注。比较两组的产后出血率、产后出血量、宫缩恢复时间和不良反应情况。结果观察组的产后出血率明显低于对照组，出血时间和宫缩恢复时间明显短于对照组，产后2h出血量明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合钙剂预防与治疗产后出血的效果显著，可减少产后出血量，不良反应发生率低，是一种安全可靠的防治方法。

목적：관찰잡전렬갑지전연합개제예방급치료산후출혈적림상효과，위환자용약제공합괄적방안。방법회고분석2012년1월~2013년12월본원수치적족월정상임신음도분면산부200례，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조산부태두면출후급여10%적포도당산개1 g정맥쾌속수주，분면후급여잡전렬갑지전직장급약。대조조산부급여축궁소20 U정맥적주。비교량조적산후출혈솔、산후출혈량、궁축회복시간화불량반응정황。결과관찰조적산후출혈솔명현저우대조조，출혈시간화궁축회복시간명현단우대조조，산후2h출혈량명현소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조적불량반응정황차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론잡전렬갑지전연합개제예방여치료산후출혈적효과현저，가감소산후출혈량，불량반응발생솔저，시일충안전가고적방치방법。
Objective To observe the clinica effect of carboprost methylate suppositorites combined with calcium in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 200 delivery women with vaginal delivery and normal full-term pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Delivery women of observation group were given 1 g calcium gluconate of 10% for intravenous rapid infusion after the delivery of fetal head,and they were given carboprost methy-late suppositorites for rectal administration after delivery.Delivery women of control group was given oxytocin for intra-venous drip.Postpartum hemorrhage rate,postpartum hemorrhage amount,recovery time of uterine contraction and ad-verse reaction between two groups were compared. Results Postpartum hemorrhage rate of observation group was signif-icantly lower than that of control group,hemorrhage time and recovery time of uterine contraction of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group respectively,postpartum hemorrhage amount of observation group were significantly fewer than those of control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no statisti-cal difference of adverse reaction between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppositorites com-bined with calcium in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has a significant effect,and can reduce post-partum hemorrhage amount with lower incidence rate of adverse reaction.It is a safe and reliable prevention and treat-ment method.
