我国的土壤污染防治法尚未形成，土壤污染形势不容乐观，在专门立法方面的需求十分迫切。德国在土壤污染防治立法和污染场地治理方面有成熟的经验。本文主要总结了德国土壤污染防治的法律法规和污染场地治理的情况，列举了土壤污染调查与修复的启动值，介绍了土壤修复技术的应用。为我国污染场地管理和立法以及污染土壤治理提供借鉴和参考。

The soil pollution prevention laws have not been formed in China, the situation of soil pollution is indisputable, and legislation of soil protection is urgent. Germany has rich experiences about legislation of soil pollution prevention and polluted soil field treatment. The legislation of soil pollution prevention and polluted soil field treatment in Germany are summarized, and starting value of soil pollution survey and restoration are listed .The application of soil pollution restoration technology are introduced, it can offer reference for polluted soil field management, legislation and treatment of polluted soil in China.
