目的：探讨血管内栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的长期疗效。方法选取2006～2008年济南市中心医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者60例的临床资料，其中单发肌瘤42例；多发肌瘤18例，肌瘤数目2～4个，共49个。用355～500μm PVA颗粒行双侧子宫动脉栓塞至肌瘤病理血管完全消失。观察栓塞前与栓塞后3～60个月子宫肌瘤大小的变化。结果栓塞术前、术后3、6、9、12、24、36、48、60个月子宫肌瘤平均体积（ cm3）分别为132.9、92.4、60.8、44.3、42.4、41.6、40.8、38.6、38.5；栓塞术前、术后3、6、9个月的子宫肌瘤体积比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；栓塞后9个月与12、24、36、48、60个月的子宫肌瘤体积比较差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论血管内栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤安全、高效、并发症少。
목적：탐토혈관내전새치료자궁기류적장기료효。방법선취2006～2008년제남시중심의원수치적자궁기류환자60례적림상자료，기중단발기류42례；다발기류18례，기류수목2～4개，공49개。용355～500μm PVA과립행쌍측자궁동맥전새지기류병리혈관완전소실。관찰전새전여전새후3～60개월자궁기류대소적변화。결과전새술전、술후3、6、9、12、24、36、48、60개월자궁기류평균체적（ cm3）분별위132.9、92.4、60.8、44.3、42.4、41.6、40.8、38.6、38.5；전새술전、술후3、6、9개월적자궁기류체적비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；전새후9개월여12、24、36、48、60개월적자궁기류체적비교차이무통계학의의（ P﹥0.05）。결론혈관내전새치료자궁기류안전、고효、병발증소。
Objective To study the long -term therapeutic efficacy of intravascular embolization in the treatment of uterine myomas.Methods Clinical data of 60 cases with uterine fibroids in Jinan Central Hospital from 2006 to 2008 were selected, among which 42 cases were with single myomas, 18 cases were with multiple myomas (numbers 2~4), 49 in total.Pathological vessels of uterine myomas were completely embolized with 355 ~500 μm PVA particles.The changes of uterine fibroids volume before embolization and 3~60 month after embolization were observed .Results Myoma volume ( cm3 ) before embolization and 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months after embolization were 132.9, 92.4, 60.8, 44.3, 42.4, 41.6, 40.8, 38.6, 38.5.There were significantly differences between myoma volume before embolization and 3, 6, 9 months after embolization ( P<0.05) .No significant differences were found between myoma volume 9 months after embolization and 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months after embolization ( P>0.05).Conclusion Intravascular embolization therapy in treatment of uterine myomas is safe , efficiency with less complications .
