治疗脊髓损伤是医学界的难题与研究重点，发现神经干细胞为神经损伤的治疗指引了新的方向。许多研究表明神经系统的多个区域存在具有多向分化潜能的神经干细胞，移植外源性神经干细胞可以适应性地与宿主中枢神经整合。本文就脊髓损伤的机制、脊髓战伤特点、干细胞分类、神经干细胞的来源及其作用机制和应用神经干细胞治疗脊髓损伤的相关研究与临床应用做一简介。

The treatment of spinal cord injury is the research focus of medical community. The discovery of the neural stem cells provides the new idea to treat nerve injury. The neural stem cells were discovered in several regions of neural system. The exogenous stem cells which were transplanted can integrate with central nervous system of host. Authors try to introduce the mechanism of the spinal cord injury , the characteristics of firearm wound of spinal cord, the classification of stem cells, the origin of the stem cells, and the treatment of the spinal cord injury using neural stem cells ,in this paper.
