目的：探讨专责护理模式在脊髓患者便秘中的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月本院收治的80例脊髓损伤伴神经源性肠功能障碍患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组给予整体护理，干预组给予专责护理。比较两组出院前、出院后半年的排便管理有效率、排便管理合作程度。结果干预组出院时、出院后半年的排便管理有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组出院时、出院后半年的排便管理合作率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专责护理能够提高排便管理的有效性和患者在排便管理的合作性。
목적：탐토전책호리모식재척수환자편비중적영향。방법선취2012년1월~2013년1월본원수치적80례척수손상반신경원성장공능장애환자작위연구대상，수궤분위량조。대조조급여정체호리，간예조급여전책호리。비교량조출원전、출원후반년적배편관리유효솔、배편관리합작정도。결과간예조출원시、출원후반년적배편관리유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。간예조출원시、출원후반년적배편관리합작솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론전책호리능구제고배편관리적유효성화환자재배편관리적합작성。
Objective To explore the influence of dedicated nursing on constipation of patient with spinal cord injury. Methods 80 patients of spinal cord injury with neurogenic bowel dysfunction from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given overall nursing,the interven-tion group was given dedicated nursing.The efficient rate of defecation management,the cooperation degree of defeca-tion management in two groups before discharge and after half a year was compared. Results The efficient rate of defecation management in the intervention group before discharge and after half a year was higher than that in the con-trol group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The cooperation degree of defecation management in the intervention group before discharge and after half a year was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Dedicated nursing can improve the effectiveness of defecation management,improve the cooperative degree of defecation management.
