目的：探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术剥除后复发的相关影响因素。方法收集2009～2012年重庆市奉节县中医院妇产科收治的112例确诊为卵巢巧克力囊肿且行腹腔镜剥除术后2年患者的临床资料，按照是否复发分为复发组（34例）和未复发组（78例），对其复发相关因素进行分析。结果单因素分析显示术前药物治疗史、囊肿直径、ASRM评分、术后妊娠是卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜手术剥除后复发的影响因素（P＜0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示术前药物治疗史（OR＝3.65，95％ CI：1.34～7.53）、囊肿直径大（OR＝1.28，95％ CI：1.03～4.85）是术后复发的危险因素，术后妊娠（OR＝0.34，95％ CI：0.02～0.61）是术后复发的保护因素（ P＜0.05）。结论术前有药物治疗史及卵巢囊肿直径大的患者术后复发率较高，而术后妊娠可能减少复发风险。
목적：탐토란소교극력낭종복강경수술박제후복발적상관영향인소。방법수집2009～2012년중경시봉절현중의원부산과수치적112례학진위란소교극력낭종차행복강경박제술후2년환자적림상자료，안조시부복발분위복발조（34례）화미복발조（78례），대기복발상관인소진행분석。결과단인소분석현시술전약물치료사、낭종직경、ASRM평분、술후임신시란소교극력낭종복강경수술박제후복발적영향인소（P＜0.05）。다인소Logistic회귀분석현시술전약물치료사（OR＝3.65，95％ CI：1.34～7.53）、낭종직경대（OR＝1.28，95％ CI：1.03～4.85）시술후복발적위험인소，술후임신（OR＝0.34，95％ CI：0.02～0.61）시술후복발적보호인소（ P＜0.05）。결론술전유약물치료사급란소낭종직경대적환자술후복발솔교고，이술후임신가능감소복발풍험。
Objective To explore the influence factors of recurrence of chocolate cyst of ovary .Methods Clinical data of 112 cases with chocolate cyst of ovary after laparoscopic operation in Fengjie TCM Hospital of Chongqing City from 2009 to 2012 were collected.All patients were divided into recurrence group ( n =34 ) and non -recurrence group ( n =78 ) according to whether chocolate cyst of ovary relapse .The influence factors of recurrence were analyzed .Results Univariate analyses showed that history of drug treatment , cyst diameter , ASRM score and post-operative pregnancy were the influence factors of recurrence of chocolate cyst of ovary (P<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression demonstrated that history of drug treatment (OR=3.65, 95%CI:1.34~7.53), large cyst diameter ( OR=1.28, 95 %CI:1.03~4.85) were the risk factor of recurrence of chocolate cyst of ovary , while the post-operative pregnancy (OR=0.34, 95 % CI:0.02 ~0.61) was the protective factor of recurrence (P<0.05).Conclusion history of drug treatment and large cyst diameter could increase the recurrence of chocolate cyst of ovary , while post -operative pregnancy might reduce the risk .
