产前诊断是预防遗传病患儿出生的主要途径。本文对传统的产前诊断实验室技术包括荧光原位杂交(FISH)、荧光定量聚合酶链反应(QF-PCR)及多连接依赖性探针扩增(MLPA)等进行比较分析，同时回顾了产前诊断技术的发展，并概括微阵列比较基因组杂交技术(array-CGH)在产前诊断中的应用及临床价值。

Prenatal diagnosis is the main way to prevent the birth of heredity disease children.This paper summarizes traditional tprenatal diagnostic techniques,such as fluorescence in situ hybridization,quantitative fluorescent-polymerase chain reaction and multiplex ligation dependent probe amplification.Here we briefly review the history of prenatal diag-nostic testing.In this paper,a little introduction was made to the application and value of array-based comparative ge-nomic hybridization in prenatal diagnosis.
