With the development of information technology ,the E‐government has made great progress in Chinese ,many government departments have established their own e‐government system .This system based on an E‐government ,the ASP .NET and database technology as the theoretical basis ,in‐depth investigation of the case of the government depart‐ment ,research needs of the system ,for all of users ,designed and developed an E‐government system based on .NET .
