NOx是世界上主要的大气污染物之一,随着火电行业的不断发展,我国NOx的排放量不断增加。对此,我国陆续出台一系列指标,严格控制NOx的排放。NOx控制技术较多,其中,SCR技术最为成熟、应用范围最广,具有处理效率高、反应温度低、运行可靠等优点。SCR工艺计算中,关键工艺计算主要包括脱硝效率、还原剂消耗量、稀释风量、催化剂体积和SCR反应器尺寸。本文简要介绍了SCR的工作原理,并以乌鲁木齐市某热电厂为例,详细介绍SCR关键工艺的计算方法。

NOx is one of the main air pollutants in the world. With the development of Power Industry in China, emission of NOx becomes more and more serious, for which, a series of documents have been issued to restrict the emission of NOx. Up to now, a lot of denitration technologies have been developed, among which, SCR is the most mature and widely used process due to its high efficiency, low operation temperature and reliability. During the design of SCR, several key points must be calculated, including denitration efficiency, consumption of reductant, volume of dilution air, catalyst volume and size of SCR reactor. In this paper, the principle of SCR is briefly introduced. Meanwhile, using a petrochemical plant in Urumchi as an example, the calculation methods for SCR is detailedly described.
