目的：设计一种医用高值耗材追溯管理系统，对其进行信息化管理。方法建立供应商资格数据库、高值耗材产品数据库，结合条形码的使用，可完成高值耗材的数据管理和追溯信息监管。结果实现了高值耗材使用过程中系统自动审核供应商资格、产品有效期、库存管理、成本核算。结论系统以其产品编码化、数据标准化、管理信息化、监管全程化和信息透明化的特点，建立了可追溯的长效监管机制。
목적：설계일충의용고치모재추소관리계통，대기진행신식화관리。방법건립공응상자격수거고、고치모재산품수거고，결합조형마적사용，가완성고치모재적수거관리화추소신식감관。결과실현료고치모재사용과정중계통자동심핵공응상자격、산품유효기、고존관리、성본핵산。결론계통이기산품편마화、수거표준화、관리신식화、감관전정화화신식투명화적특점，건립료가추소적장효감관궤제。
Objective To design a traceability and management system to achieve the informatization management for the high-value medical consumables. Methods With the combined use of bar-codes, a supplier qualification database and a high-value medical consumable database were established so as to achieve the data management and the traceability information supervision for high-value medical consumables. Results The system realized the automatic review of supplier qualiifcation and product expiration dates, completion of inventory management as well as cost accounting via interface with HIS (hospital information system) during the use of high-value consumables. Conclusion The management system was featured with the characteristics of product coding, data standardization, informatization management, whole-process supervision and information transparency, which had established a long-term traceability management mechanism.
