以五氯化钽和四苯基锡为催化剂,通过二炔烃的环三聚反应一步法合成了一系列高支化的聚芳烃树脂;为改善均聚物的可溶性,引入了二炔单体与苯乙炔。IR 和1 H NMR 谱图分析证实通过[2+2+2]环三聚机理形成了目标产物。同时研究了单体种类、单体催化剂比例、催化剂陈化时间、反应温度和反应时间对树脂结构和热性能的影响。

We worked on the one-step synthesis of hyperbranched polyarylate resins through the homo-and copolycyclotrimerizations of diynes and monoynes initiated by tantalum -based catalysts,with the aim of exploring new synthetic routes to hyperbranched polyarylate resins.A group of hyperbranched poly(alkylenephenylenes)(hb-PAPs)were synthesized by TaBr5-Ph4 Sn catalyzed polycyclotrimerization of 1, 7-octadiyne. To improve the solubility of the homopolymers,the diyne monomers were copolymerized with phenylacetylene.IR,and 1 H NMR Spectrum confirmed that the target polymers had formed via a [2 + 2 + 2 ]cyclotrimerization mechanism.The kind of monomer,the catalyst monomer ratio,the catalyst aging,reaction tem-perature and reaction time on the resin structure and thermal properties were investigated.
