WNS%gas-fired Boiler%temperature of the furnace outlet%influence factors
WNS 型燃气锅炉因其结构简单、节能、环保、效率高等特点受到人们广泛关注。燃气锅炉在国内的需求量每年逐渐上升。燃气锅炉炉膛出口烟气温度的大小对燃气锅炉的性能有直接影响,而燃料的种类、炉膛的形状和过量空气系数对炉膛出口烟气温度有着重要的影响,尤其是过量空气系数。为了详细研究炉膛出口烟气温度的影响因素,利用 FLUENT 软件对直形炉胆和波形炉胆数值进行模拟;过量空气系数取1.05、1.10、1.15、1.20、1.25;分别选用天然气、炼焦煤气和液化石油气3种燃料。通过对不同种工况下炉膛的燃烧进行数值模拟,得出理论分析数据,可以为 WNS 型燃气锅炉的实际运行、优化设计和制造提供理论支持,具有一定的工程应用价值。
WNS 型燃氣鍋爐因其結構簡單、節能、環保、效率高等特點受到人們廣汎關註。燃氣鍋爐在國內的需求量每年逐漸上升。燃氣鍋爐爐膛齣口煙氣溫度的大小對燃氣鍋爐的性能有直接影響,而燃料的種類、爐膛的形狀和過量空氣繫數對爐膛齣口煙氣溫度有著重要的影響,尤其是過量空氣繫數。為瞭詳細研究爐膛齣口煙氣溫度的影響因素,利用 FLUENT 軟件對直形爐膽和波形爐膽數值進行模擬;過量空氣繫數取1.05、1.10、1.15、1.20、1.25;分彆選用天然氣、煉焦煤氣和液化石油氣3種燃料。通過對不同種工況下爐膛的燃燒進行數值模擬,得齣理論分析數據,可以為 WNS 型燃氣鍋爐的實際運行、優化設計和製造提供理論支持,具有一定的工程應用價值。

WNS gas-fired boiler is widely popular with people for the characteristics of simple structure,saving energy,environmental protection and high efficiency.The quantity demand is increased quickly at home and abroad.There is a direct relationship between the temperature of the furnace outlet and the performance of the boiler.However,the temperature of the furnace outlet is influenced by the type of fuel,the shape of the furnace and the excess air coefficient, among which the excess air coefficient is the most important.To conduct the research concerning the influencing factors of the temperature of furnace outlet in detail,a numerical simulation for the straight shape and wave shape furnace will be undergone by the FLUENT software;the excess air coefficient includes 1.05,1.10,1.15,1.20,1.25;the fuel includes nature gas,coke-oven gas and liquefied petroleum gas. Theoretical support for the operation, design and manufacture of the boiler was provided by the numerical simulation in different operational conditions,which definitely has practical value.
