基于信号传递理论，以2007—2013年123家深市中小板上市公司为样本，研究了企业家声誉对商业信用融资的影响。研究发现：民营企业的企业家声誉与企业商业信用融资显著正相关，并且企业家声誉的正向变动（由无到有）有助于企业商业信用融资。
基于信號傳遞理論，以2007—2013年123傢深市中小闆上市公司為樣本，研究瞭企業傢聲譽對商業信用融資的影響。研究髮現：民營企業的企業傢聲譽與企業商業信用融資顯著正相關，併且企業傢聲譽的正嚮變動（由無到有）有助于企業商業信用融資。
기우신호전체이론，이2007—2013년123가심시중소판상시공사위양본，연구료기업가성예대상업신용융자적영향。연구발현：민영기업적기업가성예여기업상업신용융자현저정상관，병차기업가성예적정향변동（유무도유）유조우기업상업신용융자。
Based on signaling theory,the paper studies the influences of entrepreneur reputation on trade credit with the data of SME board listed companies from 2007—201 3.The results show:entrepreneur reputation is positively correlated with trade credit financing,and the positive change of entrepreneur’s reputation (from nothing to have)helps enterprise trade credit financing.
