近20年来，随着建筑与景观设计行业的稳步发展，新的建筑与景观设计理念已融入到许多国家的城市、乡村和自然环境的设计规划及管理之中。在我国，现代建筑与户外景观建设也进入了一个飞速发展时期。木材作为一种既传统又使用广泛的建筑材料，其特点是质量轻、强度高既美观且加工性能好等，因此从古至今就受到人们的偏爱。本文就将对木结构房屋的特点和种类以及发展前景展开探讨。

Over the past 20 years, with the steady development of architecture and landscape design industry, the new architecture and landscape design concept has been integrated into the city and the country in many countries and the design of the natural environment planning and management. In our country, modern architecture and outdoor landscape construction has entered a rapid development period. Wood is a traditional and widely used construction material, whose characteristic is light weight, high strength, beautiful and good processing performance and so on. Thus, wood has been become more and more popular. This paper wil explore the characteristics, types and development prospect of wooden houses.
