跳汰机的供风系统压力的对选煤质量有着直接影响。通过对跳汰机供风用安全气阀的工作原理的分析,对低压先导式安全气阀的结构和性能参数进行设计,并运用仿真软件AMESim对其进行仿真验证。结果表明:设计的低压先导式安全阀的动作性能能满足供风系统稳定压力的要求。

Sieve coal has a direct impact on the jig’s wind system pressure quality,the paper designed the struc-tural and performance parameters of Pilot safety valve for low pressure by analyzing the working principle of the jig with a safety valve for the wind,and validated the results by using the simulation software AMESim.The results show that the design of the low-pressure pilot valve action performance could meet the requirements for steady pressure air system.
