目的：比较身材矮小与正常男童睾丸容积的差异，探讨男童身材矮小与睾丸发育的相关性。方法采用彩色多普勒超声，对某院70例4～12岁身材矮小男童睾丸进行检测，计算睾丸容积均值（MVT），以北京协和医院和北京儿童医院提供的男童睾丸容积正常值为参考，进行比较分析；对矮小男童的身高、体质量、体质量指数（BMI）进行相关性分析。结果4～12岁各年龄段矮小组MVT均低于正常水平，与正常组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；10～12岁特发性矮小组体质量、BMI、MVT与生长激素完全缺乏组相比具有减小趋势；矮小组男童身高与MVT低度相关（r＝0．393，P＝0．01），体质量与MVT中度相关（r＝0．508，P＜0.01），BMI与MVT低度相关（r＝0．352，P＜0．01）。结论身材矮小男童睾丸发育相对迟缓，应对身材矮小男童性腺发育进行早期干预。
목적：비교신재왜소여정상남동고환용적적차이，탐토남동신재왜소여고환발육적상관성。방법채용채색다보륵초성，대모원70례4～12세신재왜소남동고환진행검측，계산고환용적균치（MVT），이북경협화의원화북경인동의원제공적남동고환용적정상치위삼고，진행비교분석；대왜소남동적신고、체질량、체질량지수（BMI）진행상관성분석。결과4～12세각년령단왜소조MVT균저우정상수평，여정상조상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；10～12세특발성왜소조체질량、BMI、MVT여생장격소완전결핍조상비구유감소추세；왜소조남동신고여MVT저도상관（r＝0．393，P＝0．01），체질량여MVT중도상관（r＝0．508，P＜0.01），BMI여MVT저도상관（r＝0．352，P＜0．01）。결론신재왜소남동고환발육상대지완，응대신재왜소남동성선발육진행조기간예。
Objective To compare the difference between the short stature and normal boys testicular vol-ume,and to investigate the relationship between the short stature and testicular development.Methods Testicular testing for 70 cases of short stature by color doppler ultrasound from 4 to 12 years old,calculation of testicular volume average(MVT),references for the boy normal testicular volume provided by Peking union medical college hospital and the Beijing children's hospital,compared the above two groups.The short stature's height,weight,body mass index (BMI)for correlation analysis.Results The MVT of the short stature group were lower than normal,compared with the normal group differences statistically significant(P<0.05);The weight,BMI,MVT of idiopathic short stature had a tendency to decrease compared with complete lack of growth hormone deficiency from 10 to 12 years old;The short stature's height had low relativity with MVT(r=0.393,P=0.01 ),the weight had middle relativity with MVT(r=0.508, P<0.01),and the BMI had low relativity with MVT(r=0.352,P<0.01).Conclusion The testicular development of short stature is relatively slow,which should make early intervention for the gonad development of short stature.
