对乙丙橡胶装置管线、换热器等部位出现的裂纹的性质及成因进行了试验分析。管线和设备由304奥氏体不锈钢或2205,2507双相不锈钢制作。金相、断口、能谱等试验结果表明,上述裂纹属于氯离子引发的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)。其原因是介质中含有较多难于消除的氯化物,并含有水或水蒸气;运行温度70~200℃(引发SCC敏感的温度范围);焊接热和焊接残余应力、加工残余应力。探讨了防止乙丙橡胶装置氯化物SCC的技术途径:尽量控制介质中氯离子含量;相关设备选用铁素体类结构钢(如20#),2507双相不锈钢或高镍合金(如C2000)制作;控制焊接和成形加工应力。

The nature and causes of the cracks in ethylene -propylene rubber unit unit piping,heat ex-changers and other parts were studied.The pipeline and equipment manufactured by 304 austenitic stain-less steel,duplex stainless steel 2205 or 2507.Results for metallurgical,fracture,spectroscopy tests point-ed out that these cracks are caused by chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC ).Due to:a medium containing more difficult to eliminate the chlorides and water or water vapor;operating temperature of 70~200℃(sensitive temperature range);weld heat and weld residual stress and residual stress processing. Discussed the technical ways EPR unit prevention of chloride SCC:related equipment selection of ferritic steel (eg 20#),2507 duplex stainless steel or high nickel alloys (such as C2000)production;try to re-duce the amounts of harmful Cl-in the media;control of welding and forming stress.
