目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在心腔血栓诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的51例心腔血栓患者的超声表现,并检测D-二聚体的变化。结果左房血栓患者20例,均为风湿性心脏病;左室血栓患者24例,其中有心肌梗死病史的20例,扩心病的2例,主动脉瓣重度狭窄的2例;右房血栓患者7例,其中有心血管疾病的5例,并伴有肺动脉压升高,恶性肿瘤的2例。51例患者均伴有D-二聚体升高。结论彩色多普勒超声对心腔血栓的诊断具有简单、安全、直观、准确等特点,可作为首选检查手段。
目的:探討綵色多普勒超聲在心腔血栓診斷中的應用價值。方法迴顧性分析我院收治的51例心腔血栓患者的超聲錶現,併檢測D-二聚體的變化。結果左房血栓患者20例,均為風濕性心髒病;左室血栓患者24例,其中有心肌梗死病史的20例,擴心病的2例,主動脈瓣重度狹窄的2例;右房血栓患者7例,其中有心血管疾病的5例,併伴有肺動脈壓升高,噁性腫瘤的2例。51例患者均伴有D-二聚體升高。結論綵色多普勒超聲對心腔血栓的診斷具有簡單、安全、直觀、準確等特點,可作為首選檢查手段。
목적:탐토채색다보륵초성재심강혈전진단중적응용개치。방법회고성분석아원수치적51례심강혈전환자적초성표현,병검측D-이취체적변화。결과좌방혈전환자20례,균위풍습성심장병;좌실혈전환자24례,기중유심기경사병사적20례,확심병적2례,주동맥판중도협착적2례;우방혈전환자7례,기중유심혈관질병적5례,병반유폐동맥압승고,악성종류적2례。51례환자균반유D-이취체승고。결론채색다보륵초성대심강혈전적진단구유간단、안전、직관、준학등특점,가작위수선검사수단。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of CDU (Color Doppler Ultrasound) in diagnosis of intracardiac thromboses. Methods The ultrasound findings of 51 patients with intracardiac thrombosis who had been treated in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed and their D-dimers were detected. Results Among all the patients, there were 20 rheumatic heart disease patients with left atrial thromboses, 24 patients with left ventricular thromboses (of 24 patients, 20 with a history of myocardial infarction;2 with dilated cardiomyopathy;2 with aortic valve stenoses);7 with right atrial thromboses (of 7 patients, 5 cardiovascular disease patients associated with pulmonary hypertension;2 with malignant tumors). All the 51 patients were associated with elevated D-dimers. Conclusion CDU was featured with simplicity, safety, intuition and accuracy, which can be used as the ifrst choice in examination of intracardiac thromboses. Combined application of CDU and D-dimers can improve the accurate rate of diagnosis for intracardiac thromboses.
