依据正常人体CT扫描图像建立包括脊椎(T1~S)、骨盆、股骨在内的三位脊柱有限元模型,将这些骨骼部件看做机械零件并依照正常人体骨间关系进行组装,并利用有限元分析软件Workbench对模型进行网格划分;然后对模型施加载荷来模拟脊柱侧弯状况,并分析当Cobb角保持不变时侧向力对脊柱侧弯和骨盆倾斜的影响。得到的与临床症状相符的数据可为脊柱侧弯矫形手术提供参考。

In this paper,we build a 3D spinal finite element model including spine (T1 -S),pelvic and femur based on human spinal CT scan images.We treat each component of the skeleton as mechanical parts and assem-ble them based on the normal human body skeleton relations.And mesh model by finite element analysis software Workbench.Then simulate the scoliosis through applying loads on the model,and analysis the influences of later-al force on scoliosis and pelvic tilt when keep the same Cobb angle.Finally we get some value data in conformity with the clinical symptoms,so we can provide some references for orthopaedic surgery for scoliosis.
