针对转盘轴承的薄壁大型环状结构特性,应用ABAQUS软件建立内圈沟道局部损伤有限元分析模型,基于显式动力学有限元算法,对转盘轴承的运转过程进行数值模拟仿真,获得了不同尺寸缺陷下的振动响应脉冲波形,探索了损伤尺寸对转盘轴承的影响机制。研究结果表明:有限元仿真分析可以准确地反映出转盘轴承沟道表面的局部损伤,在相同条件下,缺陷长度的增加对转盘轴承运转的影响最大,而高度的影响可以忽略不计;分析结果对转盘轴承沟道损伤监测系统构建具有重要指导意义。
針對轉盤軸承的薄壁大型環狀結構特性,應用ABAQUS軟件建立內圈溝道跼部損傷有限元分析模型,基于顯式動力學有限元算法,對轉盤軸承的運轉過程進行數值模擬倣真,穫得瞭不同呎吋缺陷下的振動響應脈遲波形,探索瞭損傷呎吋對轉盤軸承的影響機製。研究結果錶明:有限元倣真分析可以準確地反映齣轉盤軸承溝道錶麵的跼部損傷,在相同條件下,缺陷長度的增加對轉盤軸承運轉的影響最大,而高度的影響可以忽略不計;分析結果對轉盤軸承溝道損傷鑑測繫統構建具有重要指導意義。

Aiming at thin-wall and large size circular structure characteristics of slewing bearings,a finite element a-nalysis model for local defect on inner ring raceway is built by using ABAQUS.The operating process for slewing bear-ing is numerically simulated based on explicit dynamic finite element algorithm.The pulse waveforms of vibration re-sponses are obtained under different defect sizes,and the influencing mechanism of damage sizes on slewing bearing is explored.The research results show that the finite element simulation analysis can accurately reflect local damage on raceway surface of slewing bearing.The increase of defect length has the largest effect on operation of slewing bearing and the effect of height is negligible under the same conditions.The analytical results have important guiding signifi-cance in developing raceway damage monitoring system for slewing bearing.
