不锈钢复合钢板在化工装置中使用较多。目前,国内90%的复合钢板是用爆炸法生产出来的,而国外80%的复合板采用直接轧制复合法生产。结合现行标准,分析了爆炸复合法和轧制复合法的优势与问题,指出轧制复合法可以不受自然环境影响连续生产,比较方便地生产宽幅、大尺寸的复合板,是一种较有效的生产方式。随着生产技术的发展,以及业内对压力容器用热轧不锈钢复合板认识的提高,热轧复合法将有可能成为复合钢板生产的主流。

Stainless steel clad plates have been used in many chemical devices.In current,90% clad plates have been produced by explosion method in domestic,and there are 80% clad plates have been produced with direct rolled procedure in the oversea.According with current standard,comparing with ex-plosion method and rolled procedure,the advantages and issues are analyzing.The method of hot rolled can be continuous production,not affected by the natural environment.It is more effective and convenient to produce clad plates with wide and large size.Along with development of production technology,hot rolled clad plates will more understanding by the person in the chemical industry.It will be the main way of clad plates forming in the future.
