目的：探讨 Slug 在口腔鳞癌中的表达及在上皮间质化中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP 法和原位杂交法检测42例口腔鳞癌及12例正常口腔组织中 Slug、E-cad、Vimentin 的表达，对比 Slug 在两种组织中表达的差异，分析 Slug 与 E-cad 和 Vimentin 之间的关系，探讨 Slug 的表达与口腔鳞癌临床分期和病理分级的关系及其在上皮间质化中的作用。结果Slug 在口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织，差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)；Slug 在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤病理分级有关(P <0.05)，与口腔鳞癌发病年龄无关(P >0.05)；Slug 与 E-cad表达负相关，与 Vimentin 表达正相关。结论Slug 在口腔鳞癌的发生、分化及转移中起重要作用，可能在 EMT 的发生中起诱导作用。
목적：탐토 Slug 재구강린암중적표체급재상피간질화중적작용。방법채용면역조직화학SP 법화원위잡교법검측42례구강린암급12례정상구강조직중 Slug、E-cad、Vimentin 적표체，대비 Slug 재량충조직중표체적차이，분석 Slug 여 E-cad 화 Vimentin 지간적관계，탐토 Slug 적표체여구강린암림상분기화병리분급적관계급기재상피간질화중적작용。결과Slug 재구강린암중적양성표체솔명현고우정상조직，차이구유통계학의의(P <0.01)；Slug 재구강린암조직중적표체여림파결전이、종류병리분급유관(P <0.05)，여구강린암발병년령무관(P >0.05)；Slug 여 E-cad표체부상관，여 Vimentin 표체정상관。결론Slug 재구강린암적발생、분화급전이중기중요작용，가능재 EMT 적발생중기유도작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of Slug in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its influence in the process of epithelial mesenchymal transitions.Methods The expression of Slug, E-cad,Vimentin in oral squamous cell carcinoma was detected by SP immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization method in 42 specimens of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 12 specimens of oral normaltissue.Results The positive rate of Slug expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissue(P <0.01);The expression of Slug related to lymph metastasis and pathological grading(P <0.05),but not related to the age of patients(P >0.05);The correlation between Slug and E-cad was negative,but was not between Slug and Vi-mentin.Conclusion Slug expression might play an important role in the development,metastsis of oral squamous cell carcinoma;EMT might be induced by Slug significantly.
