目的：分析股浅静脉瓣膜环缩术在治疗轻中度股浅静脉瓣膜返流中的疗效。方法32例患者术前彩超均提示股浅静脉返流,下肢静脉逆行造影示 Kistner 分级为2~3级,随机分为 A 组和B 组各16例,A 组行股浅静脉瓣膜环缩+浅静脉手术,B 组行浅静脉手术,术后3个月、3年 B 超检测股浅静脉返流时间,观察患肢症状改善,有无复发及深静脉血栓形成。结果术前 A、B 两组的返流时间差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),术后3个月及3年 A、B 两组的返流时间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),A 组的3年复发率及症状改善明显优于 B 组。结论股浅静脉瓣膜环缩术在治疗轻中度股浅静脉瓣膜返流中疗效确切,有效地降低了手术复发率,明显地改善了下肢症状。
목적：분석고천정맥판막배축술재치료경중도고천정맥판막반류중적료효。방법32례환자술전채초균제시고천정맥반류,하지정맥역행조영시 Kistner 분급위2~3급,수궤분위 A 조화B 조각16례,A 조행고천정맥판막배축+천정맥수술,B 조행천정맥수술,술후3개월、3년 B 초검측고천정맥반류시간,관찰환지증상개선,유무복발급심정맥혈전형성。결과술전 A、B 량조적반류시간차이무통계학의의(P >0.05),술후3개월급3년 A、B 량조적반류시간차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05),A 조적3년복발솔급증상개선명현우우 B 조。결론고천정맥판막배축술재치료경중도고천정맥판막반류중료효학절,유효지강저료수술복발솔,명현지개선료하지증상。
Objective To evaluate the effect of external valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein valve surgery in treating mild to moderate vein insufficiency.Methods A total of 32 limbs of mild to moderate vein insufficiency in 32 cases were enrolled in this study,lower extremity vein applied with B ultrasound examination and intravenous angiography of deep vein of inferior mem-ber(Kistner2-3)before operation.32 cases were divided into 2 groups(group A and B).In group A,operations on superficial vein and external valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein valve were applied;in group B,operations only on superficial vein were applied.B ultrasound examination was applied to assess the back flow time;the symptomatic improvement,recurrence and deep ve-nous thrombosis were observed 3 months and 3 years postoperatively.Results There were no statistical difference of superficial femoral vein reflux time before operation.But in 3 months and 3 years after the surgery,reflux time had significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of external valvuloplasty in treating mild to moderate vein insufficiency is accurate,with effectively improving symptomatic and reducing the surgery the re-currence rate.
