目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清脂联素水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取符合诊断标准的 COPD 患者急性加重组、稳定期组及正常对照组各40例,对所有研究对象行肺功能检查,用 ELISA 法测定血清脂联素水平,并与 COPD 严重程度进行相关性分析。结果在控制血糖、血脂、年龄、性别及体重指数后,COPD 急性加重组、稳定期组患者血清脂联素水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05),COPD 急性加重组显著高于稳定期组(P <0.05);COPD 急性加重组、稳定期组患者血清脂联素水平与 FEV1%预计值均呈负相关(P <0.01)。结论COPD 急性加重组、稳定期组患者血清脂联素水平均升高,脂联素在 COPD 炎症发生过程中起一定的作用。

목적:탐토만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자혈청지련소수평변화급기림상의의。방법선취부합진단표준적 COPD 환자급성가중조、은정기조급정상대조조각40례,대소유연구대상행폐공능검사,용 ELISA 법측정혈청지련소수평,병여 COPD 엄중정도진행상관성분석。결과재공제혈당、혈지、년령、성별급체중지수후,COPD 급성가중조、은정기조환자혈청지련소수평명현고우대조조(P <0.05),COPD 급성가중조현저고우은정기조(P <0.05);COPD 급성가중조、은정기조환자혈청지련소수평여 FEV1%예계치균정부상관(P <0.01)。결론COPD 급성가중조、은정기조환자혈청지련소수평균승고,지련소재 COPD 염증발생과정중기일정적작용。
Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum levels of Adiponec-tin(APN)in the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 40 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD group),40 cases of stable COPD(stable of COPD group)and 40 cases healthy subjects(healthy control group)that conformed to the diagno-sis standard of COPD were randomly selected.Pulmonary function tests were performed in all the subjects,then serum levels of APN were measured and analyzed for their correlation with COPD severity.Results After controlling for blood glucose,blood lipid,age,gender and body mass index(BMI),serum levels of APN both in AECOPD group and stable of COPD group were significantly higher than healthy control group (P < 0.05 );AECOPD group was significantly higher than stable of COPD group(P <0.05).Serum levels of APN both in AECOPD group and stable of COPD group were correlated with FEV1 %pred negatively(P <0.01).Conclusion Ser-um levels of APN are elevated both in AECOPD group and stable of COPD group.Adiponectin plays a role in the process of inflammation in COPD.
