The profiling of ball inlet of opening grinding plates for bearing steel balls has significant impact on process-ing quality of steel balls.The problems are analyzed about traditional manual grinding wheel dressing.The mosaic o-pening grinding plate structure and profiling method by CNC milling machine XK9890 are proposed,and the advantages of horn ball inlet of opening grinding plates profiled with milling machine is reflected by processing contrast.
