基于摆动辗压弹塑性成形理论,采用DEFORM软件建立汽车轮毂轴承铆合工艺的有限元模型,对轮毂轴承的铆合过程、变形特征及应力应变进行了系统分析,对铆合过程特征区域及特征点的变化规律进行了研究,并对仿真模型进行了试验验证。
基于襬動輾壓彈塑性成形理論,採用DEFORM軟件建立汽車輪轂軸承鉚閤工藝的有限元模型,對輪轂軸承的鉚閤過程、變形特徵及應力應變進行瞭繫統分析,對鉚閤過程特徵區域及特徵點的變化規律進行瞭研究,併對倣真模型進行瞭試驗驗證。

Based on swing rolling elastic-plastic forming theory,the finite element model for riveting process of auto-mobile hub bearing is built by using DEFORM software.The riveting process,deformation characteristic,stress and strain of hub bearing are systemically analyzed,and the variation rule of feature points and feature region for riveting process are researched.The simulation model is verified by experiment,the research results provide reference for rive-ting process control of automobile hub bearing.
