基于球笼式万向节的结构特征,通过对两轴转角时运动机理的分析,推导并计算出沿圆周均布的每一钢球在其相应的星形套和钟形壳沟道内,沿径向(球笼式保持架矩形窗孔的长度方向)的位移量,进而系统、准确地探寻出该万向节球笼式保持架矩形窗孔的设计与计算方法,并举例说明。
基于毬籠式萬嚮節的結構特徵,通過對兩軸轉角時運動機理的分析,推導併計算齣沿圓週均佈的每一鋼毬在其相應的星形套和鐘形殼溝道內,沿徑嚮(毬籠式保持架矩形窗孔的長度方嚮)的位移量,進而繫統、準確地探尋齣該萬嚮節毬籠式保持架矩形窗孔的設計與計算方法,併舉例說明。

Based on structural characteristics of rzeppa universal joint,the movement mechanism of two-axis angular is analyzed.The radial (the longitudinal direction of rectangular window of rzeppa cage)displacement in corresponding starlike sleeve and spherical housing raceway of each steel ball which is uniformly distributed along circumference is de-rived and calculated.Furthermore,the design and calculation method for rectangular window of rzeppa cage of universal joint is explored systematically and accurately,and an example is given for illustration.
