从理论上分析了高速精密角接触球轴承的运动特性和发热机理,并以H7014C/HQ1型高速精密角接触球轴承为试验对象,在不同的转速、轴向预紧力和润滑油量下进行了试验。结果表明:转速对轴承温升的影响最显著;同时给出了最佳预紧力和最佳润滑油油量的参考值。

The motion characteristics and heat generation mechanism for high speed precision angular contact ball bear-ings are analyzed theoretically.Taking H7014C/HQ1 as an object,the experiments are carried out under different rota-tional speed,axial pre-tightening force and amount of lubricating oil.The results show that the rotational speed has marked influence on temperature rise of bearing,the reference value for optimum preload and amount of lubricating oil are given at the same time.
