目的：探讨精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的护理干预措施对血糖的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年10月收治的78例精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，两组患者给予相同治疗方案，对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取综合护理，比较两组患者护理干预前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及生命质量评分，开展用药、并对结果进行比较分析。结果经综合护理干预后，实验组患者空腹血糖、进餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白均有显著改善，与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，与对照组相比有明显差异。结论在精神病分裂症合并糖尿病病人中开展综合护理干预，可提高治疗效果，减少并发症。
목적：탐토정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자적호리간예조시대혈당적영향。방법선취아원2012년1월지2013년10월수치적78례정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자，수궤분위실험조화대조조，량조환자급여상동치료방안，대조조채취상규호리，실험조채취종합호리，비교량조환자호리간예전후공복혈당、당화혈홍단백수평급생명질량평분，개전용약、병대결과진행비교분석。결과경종합호리간예후，실험조환자공복혈당、진찬후혈당、당화혈홍단백균유현저개선，여간예전상비차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)，여대조조상비유명현차이。결론재정신병분렬증합병당뇨병병인중개전종합호리간예，가제고치료효과，감소병발증。
Objective To explore if comprehensive nursing intervention can improve blood glucose of patients with schizophrenia and diabetes.Methods A total of 78 cases schizophrenia patients with diabetes mellitus selected in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were divided in-to experimental group and control group.Patients in two groups were given the same treatment. The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experiment group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2h-plasmaglucose and glycosy-lated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were compared between the two groups.Results After comprehen-sive nursing intervention,fasting glucose,dine blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group improved significantly.Compared with before intervention the difference was statistical significance(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference was obvious. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention carried out in schizophrenia patients with diabe-tes mellitus can improve therapeutic effect and reduce complications.
