“仓储与配送管理实务”课程是物流管理专业的核心课程之一，具有较强的实践性、操作性。仓储与配送管理实训是“仓储与配送管理实务”理论教学和物流企业实际操作的桥梁，既能够结合理论知识，又能够贴近企业的实际工作。本文通过对我校物流管理专业毕业生的就业岗位的分析，提出了建立以岗位能力培养为目标，工作任务为导向的仓储与配送管理实训课程教学设计。
“倉儲與配送管理實務”課程是物流管理專業的覈心課程之一，具有較彊的實踐性、操作性。倉儲與配送管理實訓是“倉儲與配送管理實務”理論教學和物流企業實際操作的橋樑，既能夠結閤理論知識，又能夠貼近企業的實際工作。本文通過對我校物流管理專業畢業生的就業崗位的分析，提齣瞭建立以崗位能力培養為目標，工作任務為導嚮的倉儲與配送管理實訓課程教學設計。
“창저여배송관리실무”과정시물류관리전업적핵심과정지일，구유교강적실천성、조작성。창저여배송관리실훈시“창저여배송관리실무”이론교학화물류기업실제조작적교량，기능구결합이론지식，우능구첩근기업적실제공작。본문통과대아교물류관리전업필업생적취업강위적분석，제출료건립이강위능력배양위목표，공작임무위도향적창저여배송관리실훈과정교학설계。
"Warehousing and Distribution Management"course is one of the core courses for logistics management major, and is highly practical and operational. The practical training of ware-housing and distribution management is the bridge connecting the theory teaching of "Warehousing and Distribution Manage-ment" and the practical operation of logistics enterprises, which can not only make students apply theory knowledge, but also make them learn more about the practical work of enterprises. Through analyzing the employment of graduates from logistics management major of our college, this paper puts forward the construction of a practical teaching design for warehousing and distribution management with occupational ability as the objec-tive and working tasks as the orientation.
