针对轴承滚道超精过程中超精油易乳化的问题，通过使用不同的基础油和加入抗乳化剂等方法，探索提高超精油抗乳化性能的措施。试验结果表明：当超精油的基础油为25＃变压器油，添加抗乳化剂A，可以提高超精油的抗乳化性能；所加工的轴承滚道表面精度得以提高，同时超精油的使用寿命也相应提高。

침대축승곤도초정과정중초정유역유화적문제，통과사용불동적기출유화가입항유화제등방법，탐색제고초정유항유화성능적조시。시험결과표명：당초정유적기출유위25＃변압기유，첨가항유화제A，가이제고초정유적항유화성능；소가공적축승곤도표면정도득이제고，동시초정유적사용수명야상응제고。
Aiming at problem about emulsification of super -finishing oil during bearing raceway superfinishing process,the measures for improving demulsibility of super-finishing oil is explored by using different base oil and adding demulsifier.The test results show that when 25#transformer oil is taken as base oil of super-finishing oil and adding demulsifier A,the demulsibility of super-finishing oil is improved,the surface accuracy of bearing raceway is improved and the service life of super-finishing oil is extended.
