贫困生的认定工作是做好贫困生的资助管理的基础。文章从绝对贫困和相对贫困2个维度构建了贫困生认定的指标体系，并将模糊综合评价引入到贫困生认定中来，建立起一套定性与定量相结合的贫困生认定模型。

Cognizance the poor student is the base of the funding management. This article proposed a cognizance sys?tem from the absolute poverty and the relative poverty, by used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a qualita?tive and quantitative model of poor students’cognizance was established, which verified to be useful and practice.
