相变材料虽然在不同领域已经得到了广泛应用,但在公路桥梁等领域还处于探索研究阶段。本文通过综合热分析和红外光谱,选择聚乙二醇2000(PEG2000)作为相变材料,测试其相变潜热与相变起始点温度,同时采用溶胶凝胶法,以硅溶胶为载体,制备PEG/SiO2的复合定型相变材料,测试凝胶后的复合材料对储热性和热稳定性的影响。采用等体积法将PEG/SiO2掺入到沥青混合料中,通过室内采集温度试验和室外实测温度试验,试验表明掺有PEG/SiO2沥青混合料的降温效果明显。

Application of the phase change materials in highway and bridge domain is stil in the exploration study stage, though the phase change materials have been widely used in different areas. In this paper ,by synthesizing thermal analysis and IR spectrum choose polyethylene glycol2000(PEG 2000)as PCM,testing its latent heat and starting point of the phase transition temperature.While using a sol-gel method with silica sol as carrier was prepared to PEG/ SiO2 compositeamorphous phase change material, testing influence of compound material on the thermal performance and the thermal stability after geling.an equal volume method PEG/ SiO2 wil incorporate into the asphalt mixture, determine its optimal aggregate ratio. Colected through the indoor and outdoor temperature test measured temperature test, indicating that asphalt mixed with PEG/SiO2 cooling effect is obvious.
