模拟人耳的听觉特性及机理,结合轴承故障信号特征,提出一种基于Fisher比率法的自适应非均匀频带分布的倒谱系数轴承故障特征提取算法,并根据提取的特征利用支持向量机模型进行故障识别,试验证明提出的故障特征提取算法具有较高的识别正确率,在低信噪比下仍然具有较好的识别效果。
模擬人耳的聽覺特性及機理,結閤軸承故障信號特徵,提齣一種基于Fisher比率法的自適應非均勻頻帶分佈的倒譜繫數軸承故障特徵提取算法,併根據提取的特徵利用支持嚮量機模型進行故障識彆,試驗證明提齣的故障特徵提取算法具有較高的識彆正確率,在低信譟比下仍然具有較好的識彆效果。

The auditory characteristics and mechanism of human ear is simulated,combining with characteristics of bearing fault signal,the extraction method for bearing fault characteristics cepstrum coefficient which is adaptive to non-uniform frequency distribution based on Fisher ratio method is put forward.The fault identification is carried out by using support vector machine model according to extracted features.The test show that the fault characteristics extrac-tion method has higher recognition correct rate,its recognition effect is still good under low signal-to-noise ratios.
