目的:测定紫竹梅中多种微量元素的含量。方法紫竹梅样品用浓硝酸经过消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定 Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn 的含量。结果紫竹梅中 Mg 的含量最高,为3064.1 mg·kg-1,其次为Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn。其回收率在97.50%~104.15%,RSD<2%。结论作为中草药,紫竹梅中的微量元素含量较为合理,可作为其质量研究的参考依据。该法简便、准确、可信、重现性好。

목적:측정자죽매중다충미량원소적함량。방법자죽매양품용농초산경과소해,채용화염원자흡수광보법측정 Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn 적함량。결과자죽매중 Mg 적함량최고,위3064.1 mg·kg-1,기차위Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn。기회수솔재97.50%~104.15%,RSD<2%。결론작위중초약,자죽매중적미량원소함량교위합리,가작위기질량연구적삼고의거。해법간편、준학、가신、중현성호。
Objective To determine the contents of the trace elements in the Setcreasea purpurea. Methods The sample was digested by HNO3 . Five trace elements including Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca and Mn in the samples were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results It was showed that the content of Mg in the sample was the highest,followed by Ca,Fe,Mn and Zn. In addition,the recoveries of these microelements were ranged from 97. 50% to 104. 15%,and the RSD was less than 2%. Conclusion As one of the traditional chinese medicine,Setcreasea purpurea contains reasonable percentage of the trace elements,which could be the reference to its qualification study. The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.
