输液泵流速的准确性对临床治疗非常重要。目前输液泵流速准确性的检测方法主要有容积法和称重法。本文阐述了容积法和称重法的检测原理、检测仪器、检测方法,并分别采用两种方法对某品牌输液泵的流速进行了检测。检测结果表明,容积法检测速度快、效率高,但对小流量的灵敏度低,不能测试丸剂量,检测精度易受多种因素影响,适合现场检验;称重法检测速度较慢,效率较低,但检测精度高,对小流量的灵敏度高,可以测试丸剂量,适合仲裁检验。为了严格控制输液泵产品的质量,建议注册检验时采用准确性较高的称重法。
輸液泵流速的準確性對臨床治療非常重要。目前輸液泵流速準確性的檢測方法主要有容積法和稱重法。本文闡述瞭容積法和稱重法的檢測原理、檢測儀器、檢測方法,併分彆採用兩種方法對某品牌輸液泵的流速進行瞭檢測。檢測結果錶明,容積法檢測速度快、效率高,但對小流量的靈敏度低,不能測試汍劑量,檢測精度易受多種因素影響,適閤現場檢驗;稱重法檢測速度較慢,效率較低,但檢測精度高,對小流量的靈敏度高,可以測試汍劑量,適閤仲裁檢驗。為瞭嚴格控製輸液泵產品的質量,建議註冊檢驗時採用準確性較高的稱重法。

The accuracy of the infusion pump's lfow rate played an critical role in the clinical treatment. There are two testing methods at present: the volumetric methods and the weighing methods. In this paper, the principle, instrument and testing details of the two methods were expounded. Additionally, the two methods were respectively adopted to test the lfow rate of a certain brand infusion pump. The results indicated that, the volumetric method was featured with high testing speed, high efficiency, low sensitivity to the small lfow in contrast with the weighing method’s characteristics of low testing speed, low efifciency, high sensitivity to the small lfow. The volumetric method was applicable for on-site testing since it was easily affected by multiple factors;while, the weighing method could be used for testing of the bolus and was applicable for arbitration testing. For strict control of the quality of the infusion pump, it is recommended to adopt the weighting method for registration testing.
