采用微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法( AAS)测定云南省河口县黄精中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn元素含量,并根据正交试验设计研究了微波消解系统中混合酸体系、混酸配比和固液配比对于消解结果的影响。结果表明,当混酸体系为HNO3-HCl,混酸配比为8:2,固液比为1:24,消解效果最好。在实验条件下,方法的相对标准偏差均在1.75%~6.94%之间,回收率在97.07%~106.17%之间,说明该法具有较高的准确度和精密度。测定结果表明,河口县黄精中含有丰富的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn金属元素,是营养价值极高的中草药;从元素角度分析,河口县黄精是具有开发推广价值的药食两用中草药。

A method for the determination of metal elements such as K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn in rhizome polygonatum of Hekou by microwave digestion - atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS ) was developed. And the effects of the composition and ratio of digestion solution,the ratio of the sample to digestion solution were studied based on orthogonal experimental design. It was shows that when the mixed acid HNO3 -HCl ratio of 8 : 2,and solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 24,has the best dispelling results. The recovery was 97. 07% ~ 106. 17% and RSD was 1. 75% ~ 6. 94% under the experimental conditions. It shows that this method has good accuracy and precision. From the results we can see that there were abundant metal elements in rhizome polygonatum of Hekou with great nutrition value,which including K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn. So,analysis from the elements,rhizome polygonatum of Hekou with important medical and edible values,and it should be developed and explored extensively.
