研究了宁夏同心圆枣组培苗移栽前后的一系列配套技术。结果表明,室内开瓶炼苗优于温室内开瓶炼苗法,培养基污染率下降,组培苗能充分利用瓶内培养基营养进行生长,苗叶片舒展,木质化程度有所提高,达到炼苗目的;移植前用500 mg/kg IBA浸泡根部2 min可提高成活率;蛭石∶草炭=1∶1的基质组合炼苗成活率较高,达到了87.4%。
研究瞭寧夏同心圓棘組培苗移栽前後的一繫列配套技術。結果錶明,室內開瓶煉苗優于溫室內開瓶煉苗法,培養基汙染率下降,組培苗能充分利用瓶內培養基營養進行生長,苗葉片舒展,木質化程度有所提高,達到煉苗目的;移植前用500 mg/kg IBA浸泡根部2 min可提高成活率;蛭石∶草炭=1∶1的基質組閤煉苗成活率較高,達到瞭87.4%。
연구료저하동심원조조배묘이재전후적일계렬배투기술。결과표명,실내개병련묘우우온실내개병련묘법,배양기오염솔하강,조배묘능충분이용병내배양기영양진행생장,묘협편서전,목질화정도유소제고,체도련묘목적;이식전용500 mg/kg IBA침포근부2 min가제고성활솔;질석∶초탄=1∶1적기질조합련묘성활솔교고,체도료87.4%。
A series of supporting technology for the tissue culture plantlets of TONGXINYUANZAO before and after trans-planting were researched. The results showed that the hardening-off with opened bottles indoor was better than the harden-ing-off with opened bottles in greenhouse, the medium pollution rate was down, the tissue culture seedlings could make full use of the growth medium nutrition in the bottles, the seedling leaves could stretch, the lignification degree increased and the purpose of hardening-off was reached. When the roots were soaked with 500 ppm IBA for 2 min before transplanting the survival rate was upgraded. When the hardening-off was made with the culture medium (Vermiculite∶peat=1∶1), the survival rate was relatively higher, reaching 87.4%.
