本文通过分析目前慈善公益教育中存在的教育理念、人才培养模式、教育过程方式,教育形式与教育评价的现状和存在的问题,探讨了慈善公益教育在教育内容上与德育教育融合,通过宣传教育培养意识,通过实践提升能力,联合家庭、学校、社区协同育人等四个发展途径,旨在推动慈善公益人才的培养。
本文通過分析目前慈善公益教育中存在的教育理唸、人纔培養模式、教育過程方式,教育形式與教育評價的現狀和存在的問題,探討瞭慈善公益教育在教育內容上與德育教育融閤,通過宣傳教育培養意識,通過實踐提升能力,聯閤傢庭、學校、社區協同育人等四箇髮展途徑,旨在推動慈善公益人纔的培養。
본문통과분석목전자선공익교육중존재적교육이념、인재배양모식、교육과정방식,교육형식여교육평개적현상화존재적문제,탐토료자선공익교육재교육내용상여덕육교육융합,통과선전교육배양의식,통과실천제승능력,연합가정、학교、사구협동육인등사개발전도경,지재추동자선공익인재적배양。
Through analyzing the current situation and existing problems of charity education in education philosophy, personnel training modes, education process, education forms and education evaluation, the author discusses four ways of developing charity education, including integrating charity education with moral ed-ucation in education content, cultivating charity awareness through publicity and education, enhancing the capacity through practice, collaborating family, school and community education, in order to cultivate talents for charity.
