通过建立心血管病高值耗材质量管理体系，从优化供货商管理、规范耗材准入、标准化验收、强化仓储保管养护、跟踪临床使用和手术后各环节，以及问题产品的追溯与不良事件的监管等方面，实现高值耗材的全程质量监督管理。心血管病高值耗材管理的规范化能有效降低运营成本，确保耗材安全、有效、稳定、可靠，创造良好的社会效益和经济效益。

A management system of high-value consumables for cardiovascular diseases was established to optimize the monitoring of supplier management, standardized access and acceptance of consumables, enhanced storage preservation and maintenance, clinical use tracking and all the postoperative sections as well as the tracing of faulted products and supervision of adverse events. As a consequence, the full-process quality supervision of high-value consumables was realized. Standardized management of high-value consumables for cardiovascular diseases can effectively reduce the operation costs and ensure the security, effectiveness, stability and reliability of consumables, which contributed to creation of considerable social and economic beneifts.
