GC/MS%urine%Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrome
目的:采用GC-MS技术检测造模及治疗前后大鼠的尿液并进行比较,寻找小青龙汤证的小分子标记物。方法:随机将36只雄性Wistar大鼠分为空白对照组10只、模型组和小青龙汤组各13只,在饲养1 w后,制作小青龙证模型。分别于造模前、造模后和灌药后,即在第7天、第36天及第51天取大鼠尿液进行GC/MS技术检测。通过对尿液数据进行PLS-DA分析,得到散点图和载荷图,结合NIST软件谱库及相关文献,找到与小青龙汤证相关的小分子标记物。结果:找出乳酸、甘氨酸、松醇、反丁烯二酸、脯氨酸、山梨醇、尿苷、琥珀酸、亚麻酸、丙氨酸等10个显著性标记物,这些标记物在大鼠尿液动态观察过程中发生了明显的变化。结论:小青龙汤证的病理机制主要与能量代谢、机体免疫和炎症反应三方面相关。标记物为小青龙汤证本质的研究奠定了物质基础。

목적:채용GC-MS기술검측조모급치료전후대서적뇨액병진행비교,심조소청룡탕증적소분자표기물。방법:수궤장36지웅성Wistar대서분위공백대조조10지、모형조화소청룡탕조각13지,재사양1 w후,제작소청룡증모형。분별우조모전、조모후화관약후,즉재제7천、제36천급제51천취대서뇨액진행GC/MS기술검측。통과대뇨액수거진행PLS-DA분석,득도산점도화재하도,결합NIST연건보고급상관문헌,조도여소청룡탕증상관적소분자표기물。결과:조출유산、감안산、송순、반정희이산、포안산、산리순、뇨감、호박산、아마산、병안산등10개현저성표기물,저사표기물재대서뇨액동태관찰과정중발생료명현적변화。결론:소청룡탕증적병리궤제주요여능량대사、궤체면역화염증반응삼방면상관。표기물위소청룡탕증본질적연구전정료물질기출。
Objective:Small molecular markers of Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrom were searched before and after modling and treatment through detecting consentration of metabolites in urine of rats by GC/MS. Methods:36 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank control group with 10 rats,model group and Xiaoqinglong decoction group with 13 rats in each group. 1 w after feeding,model rats of Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrom were made. At the 7th days、the 36th days and the 51st days after feeding,urine of rats were respectively colleted and analyzed by PLS-DA,then molecular markers related to Xiao-qinglong decoction syndrome were found out through NIST library software spectrum and related literature. Results:10 kinds of significant molecular markers were found out,which were lactic acid,glycine,pinitol,fumaric acid,proline,sorbitol,uridine, succinic acid,linolenic acid,alanine. The consentration of these markers in the urine of rats changed in the process of dynamic observation. Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrome mainly relates to energy metabolism,the body's immune and in-flammatory response.The study laid a solid material foundation for research on essence of Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrome.
