弹性面料大多有较高的延伸性,且弯曲刚度低、剪切刚度低,给裁剪和缝纫带来难度。为解决这一题难,选取了16种弹性面料进行性能测试,研究弹性面料的基本力学性能与可缝性的关系,探索如何根据弹性面料基本力学性能来预测其缝缩情况。结果表明,弹性面料纬向可成形性对缝缩率影响最为显著,其次是剪切刚度和平方米克重,再次是纬向抗弯刚度和纬向延伸性,弹性面料的厚度影响最小。

Recently, elastic fabric has achieved popularity widely in both domestic and world market due to its unique comfortable characteristics and superb anti-wrinkle properties. However, most elastic fabric has ex-orbitant extensibility, low bending and shearing rigidity, which brings technical difficulties to tailoring and sewing processes inevitably. And there is no fundamental solution found so far. Therefore, this paper explores how to predict the sew-shrink of elastic fabric by its basic mechanic characteristics, according to study the relationship between the basic mechanic characteristics and sewing-ability of elastic fabric.
