以某工程为例,通过矩形钢管混凝土柱设计、施工的工程实践,对泵送顶升浇筑法和柱顶直接抛落法的适用条件、施工特点、质量控制要点进行对比分析。结果表明,矩形钢管混凝土柱高抛工艺实施过程中钢柱未产生有害变形,钢柱焊缝未发现开裂现象,板壁未屈服变形,柱内混凝土的强度也达到了设计要求,具有较好的安全性和可行性。

Taking a project as an example, the paper conducted contrastive analysis on applicable condition, construction characteristics and quality control points between pumping jack-up casting method and pillars di-rectly fall method. Practice has proven that steel column did not appear harmful deformation in the high tech-nology implementation of concrete-filled rectangular steel tube column, the dehiscent phenomenon in steel column weld and yielding transformation of partition have not been found, and the intension in column has met design requirement, with better safety and feasibility.
