Zheng-chaihu granules%one-step granulating%single factor investigation
建立和优化中药正柴胡饮颗粒一步制粒的工艺路线和工艺参数。采用单因素考察法,以颗粒成品率为评价指标,对药液相对密度、进风温度、雾化压力、喷雾速率等工艺参数进行考察。研究表明,药液相对密度为1.15,进风温度为90℃,雾化压力0.4 MPa,喷雾速率为2.0 L/min条件下,制得颗粒成品率较高,形态较好;用一步制粒法制备正柴胡饮颗粒,工艺参数稳定,值得在生产中应用。

건립화우화중약정시호음과립일보제립적공예로선화공예삼수。채용단인소고찰법,이과립성품솔위평개지표,대약액상대밀도、진풍온도、무화압력、분무속솔등공예삼수진행고찰。연구표명,약액상대밀도위1.15,진풍온도위90℃,무화압력0.4 MPa,분무속솔위2.0 L/min조건하,제득과립성품솔교고,형태교호;용일보제립법제비정시호음과립,공예삼수은정,치득재생산중응용。
Optimizing and establishing process route and parameters with one-step granulating technology is to produce traditional Chinese medicine Zheng-chaihu granules. With the method of single factor investiga-tion, the paper takes finished product ratio of granule as evaluation index to investigate process parameters such as relative density of liquids, inlet air temperature, spray pressure, and spray rate. It is proved that we may get higher finished product ratio and superb morphology of granule with relative density of liquids of 1.15, inlet-air temperature of 90 ℃, atomization pressure of 0.4Mpa, spray-rate under 2.0L/min.The result in-dicates that one-step granulation technology to produce Zheng-chaihu granules has outstanding advantages and it is worthy of applying into production.
