在冷轧板带生产的厚控中,针对液压APC (Automation Position Control)系统复杂度高、特性易漂移等特点,提出了一种基于差分进化算法(Differential Evolution Algorithm )与模糊控制相结合的在线 PI自调节控制器。为提高算法智能程度,采用基于个体健康值(Health Value)自调整的变异比例因子,并且采用多指标加权函数作为适应度函数;同时,为提高系统的鲁棒性,采用模糊控制对PI控制器进行后续调整,以改善由于系统特性漂移而产生的响应特性变差的情况。同时,分析了冷轧A PC系统的原理及组成,建立了液压A PC系统数学模型,搭建模拟电路作为被控对象。将混合算法进行CFC (Continuous Functional Chart )编程,得到基于DE‐fuzzy混合算法的PI参数在线寻优‐自调整控制器。将上述控制器在西门子FM458平台上进行实验研究,结果表明,DE‐fuzzy的PI参数在线寻优‐自调整控制器具有较高的智能性、鲁棒性和实用价值。

In the thick cold‐rolled strip production control ,the Automation Position Control (APC) system had characteristics of high complexity and easily drifting features .This article proposed an online self‐tuning PI controller based on a combination of fuzzy control and Differential Evolution Algorithm (DE) .In order to improve the intelligence ,this paper used a self‐adjusting scale factor based on individual health value ,and used a weighting function with multiple indicators as the fitness function .In or‐der to improve the robustness of the system ,the controller used fuzzy control to improve the response characteristics because of the system performance deterioration resulting from drift .After analysis of APC systems and its composition principles ,the mathematical model of the APC system was established and the analog circuit was built as the controlled object .Finally ,the hy‐brid algorithm was programmed in Continuous Functional Chart (CFC) ,and an online optimization‐self‐adjusting PI controller was obtained based on DE‐fuzzy hybrid algorithm .The above controller in Siemens FM458 platform was tested ,and the online optimization‐self‐adjusting PI controller had high intelligence ,high robustness and high practical value .
